Patricia AnnePARKERCassidy Passed away suddenly at home on 30th July aged 66 years.
A much loved mum, nan and great nan, Patricia will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday 24th August at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington at 10.45am.
